01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply wherever the terms appear in this document.

• "Platform" means the 57bdt website and all services accessible through it, including casino games, sports betting, account management, and payment processing.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access games and manage funds.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 57bdt to Players, subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 05.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

02Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 57bdt Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 57bdt strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will close accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be registering and playing of your own free will. Playing on behalf of another person or under instruction from a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 57bdt or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that covers the 57bdt Platform at the time of registration or use.

03Account Registration and Management

Each Player may hold only one Account on the 57bdt Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 57bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

57bdt may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a suspicious transaction pattern is identified. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet registered under the same mobile number as the 57bdt account).
• A selfie holding the presented ID document, if requested by the verification team.
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 57bdt support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding verified balance will be settled in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 04. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal reviews cannot be closed until those processes are complete.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 57bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 57bdt supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 57bdt, though your individual payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 57bdt account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 57bdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by 57bdt support.
• Accounts that have completed KYC verification are eligible for expedited withdrawal processing, typically within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Unverified accounts may face extended processing times of up to 72 hours.
• 57bdt reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, including requesting documentary evidence of the source of funds.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

57bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses are available to Players for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses for systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or in combination with other promotions to generate risk-free returns is prohibited.
• 57bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim was completed.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation may result in the cancellation of all pending bonuses.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process. They may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another Player or Account.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and Victory Day are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is launched. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of each promotion before participating.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 57bdt Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, are final once confirmed. 57bdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, stakes will be refunded at the standard industry rate applicable to the market type, unless the specific market terms state otherwise. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. 57bdt reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, and limit stake sizes on individual markets or individual Accounts where betting patterns indicate potential abuse.

Casino and Crash Game Rules

All casino games on 57bdt use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by the respective game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by 57bdt. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If the fault occurs before the game outcome is determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account balance.
• If the fault occurs after the outcome has been determined, the outcome stands and the appropriate payout will be credited once the fault is resolved.
• Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault, software bug, or error in the game system will be considered void. 57bdt reserves the right to reclaim such winnings from an Account balance.

07Responsible Gaming

57bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or access casino games.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request a permanent self-exclusion from 57bdt. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic notifications reminding them of the time spent on the Platform during an active session.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57bdt Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account under a false identity or using another person's identity without their consent.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform or other Players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 57bdt staff or other Players through any communication channel.

09Account Suspension and Termination

57bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 57bdt following a verification request.
• Suspicious activity or transaction patterns that suggest money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal conduct.

Where an Account is closed by 57bdt due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at 57bdt's decision to exit a market), verified balances will be returned to the Player using the most recently used payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

57bdt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57bdt excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 57bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 57bdt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 57bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of 57bdt to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 57bdt Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and user interface elements, is the property of 57bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 57bdt.

12Changes to These Terms

57bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 57bdt Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.
